InnoCulture 2025 in Tallinn: competencies of cultural and creative industries that shape the future
The InnoCulture industry conference is back! On 19–20 November 2025, professionals from the cultural sector will meet in Tallinn to develop competencies around the slogan “Exploring CCI Skills That Shape Tomorrow.” Adam Mickiewicz Institute is a co-organiser of the project.
Cross-sectoral approach to culture and creative industries
The second edition of the InnoCulture conference to be held in Estonia, at the Kultuurikatel (Tallinn Creative Hub). It builds on the success of the EUSBSR’s 2024 pilot cultural forum held in Gdańsk. This year’s event focuses on the cross-sectoral potential of culture and innovation, with particular emphasis on the development of creative competencies that influence the modern world. Professionals from cultural and creative industries from across the Baltic Sea Region will come together to delve deep into the theme of “Exploring CCI Skills That Shape Tomorrow.”
Participants will take part in inspiring keynotes led by prominent personalities from the world of culture, innovation, and entrepreneurship, as well as numerous networking opportunities with partners and leaders from the region. The programme also includes a series of practical workshop sessions – each participant will attend two of four workshops focused on co-creation, experience sharing, and cross-sectoral collaboration.
