The Curator

Virtual Reality game  “The Curator” with Polish design icons created by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute

The Curator finds herself in a difficult situation: she knows a lot about design, literally everything. Design fills her entire mind and is her whole world. But being an immaterial and disembodied entity, she does not understand it. She does not grasp what it means to function in a spatial world so far greater than a visual representation.
To understand everything she knows, to at least have some notion of what it really represents, she needs a human who will interact with objects and space. In order to understand what it means to perceive the world with the senses, to be confined to one point in space, or to have a defined height and two hands of a certain length to use objects with, she needs to observe a human in action. This need of the Curator drives the entire storyline of the game, determining all of the riddles that appear in this world and all of the tasks given to the player.
