The debate "Polish success 1989-2014. Accomplishments and perspectives" will take place at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on April 2nd, 2014.

 The debate is organised in connection to important anniversaries taking place in 2014: the 25th anniversary of the transition of power, the 15th anniversary of Poland’s NATO membership, the 10th anniversary of Poland's EU membership. Guest speakers will assess Poland's transition in the last 25 years and lay out goals and future paths for the country's development.

Guest speakers include former President of the Republic of Poland Mr Aleksander Kwaśniewski (in office between 1995-2005), Senator of the Republic of Poland Mr Andrzej Person, President of the Polish Academy of Sciences Professor Michał Kleiber, President of the Council of the Polish Chamber of  Commerce Mr Janusz Steinhoff, Director of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute Mr Paweł Potoroczyn, Father Maciej Zięba of the Dominican Order.

The meeting is organised by "Teraz Polska" (Now: Poland), the Polish Promotional Emblem Foundation, and the THINKTANK Polish analysis centre and platform for dialogue.
