Spirituality is one of the enduring characteristics of Polish culture and intelligentsia, including those representatives who distance themselves from religion or the Church. Thanks to the depth of the spiritual dimension cultural capital is in fact moral capital. It is particularly clear to see in the works of Polish 20th-century thinkers.
