Polish cuisine and its accompanying customs form a unique, multicultural story. Its most interesting elements, i.e. the cuisine of the Jagiellonian dynasty, the commoners, and the clergy, speak volumes about Polish culture. Projects building on these themes will support the Institute’s activities in other areas.
